Jennifer Richmond handles a wide range of legal and business affairs matters for the development and production of original live action, animation, podcast, and new media content. Jennifer’s practice focuses on reviewing, negotiating and drafting above-the-line writer, producer, director and performer agreements, and other development and production related agreements, including rights acquisition and option/purchase agreements, production services and co-production agreements. She also reviews, negotiates and drafts acquisition, licensing and distribution agreements, vendor agreements, co-promotion, commercial tie-in, publicity agreements, brand ambassador and influencer agreements, and other marketing and advertising related agreements. Prior to joining Film & Ink Jennifer held in-house counsel positions at The Walt Disney Company, The Upper Deck Company, KCET, Warner Bros., and Sony Pictures, where she negotiated and drafted content license and distribution agreements with major U.S. studios and independent U.S. and international distributors for linear and on demand exploitation. Jennifer graduated from Loyola Law School.
